Shenzhen Pulang Quantum Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in May 2021 with a registered capital of 11,575,696 yuan. It is the parent company of Shenzhen Pulang Innovation Technology Co., LTD., holding 100% of Pulang Innovation's shares. In 2021 and 2022, it received investments totaling nearly 100 million yuan.
Shenzhen Planck Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. It is a high-tech enterprise founded by specially appointed experts of the state. Pulang Innovation is dedicated to the research and development, production and sales of luminescent nanomaterials and micro-nano equipment, which can be widely applied in fields such as optoelectronics, microelectronics, new displays, third-generation semiconductors, sensors, life sciences, and materials science. We provide technical support and product guarantee services to our customers and are willing to cooperate with them to develop customized and differentiated technologies and products.
The company has independent intellectual property rights and core technologies in quantum dot display materials, quantum dot coating and precision coating, etc. It has applied for over 150 domestic and foreign patents and more than 30 trademarks, and has been granted 31 patents (including those in the United States, Japan, Taiwan, etc.). It also has a mature industrial operation and management team. We have established cooperation with many renowned domestic universities such as Southern University of Science and Technology, Tianjin University, and Nankai University. Our products have been mass-produced and sold to well-known domestic and foreign customers in the fields of TV and gaming monitors. The world's first silicon-based QLED prototype has been lit up. It has a production base for quantum dot materials, quantum dot films and phosphor films.
Product Introduction
1. Quantum dot film
The wide-color gamut special optical film made by combining the patented high-stability quantum dot composite structure material (QLuMis) of Pulang with the self-developed adhesive formula and high-precision coating technology can be widely applied in liquid crystal displays, greatly enhancing the display effect of liquid crystals.

2. Phosphor film
Phosphor film is an optical film made from phosphor, barrier resin and optical-grade PET film as the main raw materials, combined with high-precision coating technology, and can be applied to Mini-LED backlight display.

Pulang has a group of experienced quantum dot professional technicians and an efficient management team. From the general manager to production and sales, all have been deeply involved in the display lighting industry for more than 10 years and have a thorough understanding of the new type of quantum dot display, which provides a guarantee for the company's stable and sustainable development.
Research and development strength
Pulang has a team of highly elite talents with interdisciplinary backgrounds. The team consists of over 60 people, among whom 70% have bachelor's or master's degrees or above. They possess an international perspective and rich research experience. In just four years since its establishment, the company has applied for over 150 patents, including 12 authorized invention patents (including 1 invention patent in Taiwan, China) and 12 utility model patents.

Mass production capacity
The 30L reactor independently developed by Pulang can achieve kilogram production of quantum dot materials. Two roll-to-roll coating lines can produce 150,000 to 200,000 square meters of quantum dot film per month.
