Technical advantage
The adoption of exciton injection in X-leds can effectively break through the technical bottleneck of low charge injection efficiency in the existing QD-leds. The simultaneous action of exciton injection and charge injection significantly enhances the efficiency of X-leds. Meanwhile, the emission spectrum of X-LED is narrow and can be precisely regulated. Through spectral engineering design, its efficiency is more than twice that of existing leds.
